TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE Litevouch Voucher

Definitions:

  1. LV Trade – the publisher of the “Litevouch” voucher, i.e., a company registered in accordance with the International Business Companies Act of the Republic of Seychelles, Company Number: 229742, e-mail: [email protected]
  2. Litecoin – a crypto currency; it is not any of the following instruments: electronic money, purse, payment account in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366
  3. Litevouch – a goods voucher in an electronic form (alphanumeric code), entitling the User to purchase goods or services on litevouch.com, up to the maximum amount corresponding to the nominal value of the voucher. Litevouch is not a payment card and is not an electronic payment instrument.
  4. Buyer – a natural or legal person or an organizational unit that does not have legal personality, and which the law grants legal capacity, which acquires from LV Trade bon Litevouch in exchange for cash.
  5. LV Trade Partner – a third party distributing Litevouch vouchers at points of sale and / or remotely via the internet portal, i.e., in that case BC Trade Europe OU, Lootsa tn 5, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia;
  6. Website – an online store run by LV Trade, available at the domain www.litevouch.com.
  7. User – the buyer or each holder of Litevouch, using Litevouch.

§1. [General conditions]

  1. Litevouch entitles the User to purchase from LV Trade the goods and services sold by them up to the value of the money for which the voucher was purchased. On the Website, the Litevouch voucher allows only the purchase of goods and services sold by LV Trade. In particular, the voucher entitles you to purchase the Litecoin product at the rate set by LV Trade at the time the voucher is redeemed.
  2. Litevouch may only be used to purchase goods and services on the Website.
  3. Litevouch is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. The above reservation also applies if Litevouch is not used during its validity period.
  4. The purchase of a Litevouch voucher may be made directly from LV Trade on the Website or through LV Trade's Partners, i.e., on external websites of LV Trade's Partners,
  5. The Buyer who purchases Litevouch directly from LV Trade undertakes to transfer funds to LV Trade in the amount equal to the nominal value of Litevouch. Payment for Litevouch via the Website may be made using electronic payment methods available on litevouch.com.
  6. A Litevouch Voucher cannot be purchased with another Litevouch Voucher.

§2 [Litevouch expiry date]

  1. Litevouch is valid for a period of 180 (say: one hundred and eighty) days from the date of its purchase, subject to § 3 Sec. 4.
  2. The expiry date of Litevouch determined by the day date is indicated each time on the purchase confirmation (receipt or accounting note). The User has the right at any time to check the expiry date and the current balance of funds in Litevouch. Checking the validity date and value of the funds topped up on Litevouch can be made directly on the Website in the tab: https://www.litevouch.com/en/voucher-walidator.
  3. The user is entitled to implement Litevouch only during its validity period. The expiry of the Litevouch validity period prevents you from making a transaction using Litevouch.

§3 [Terms of use]

  1. Litevouch is issued to a specific Buyer.
  2. The User may purchase goods or services on the Website using Litevouch only when choosing the payment method – payment in advance.
  3. To use Litevouch on litevouch.com, the following data is required:
    • e-mail
    • phone number
    • first name and surname (optional)
    • and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The first use of Litevouch on the Website causes the unused funds on Litevouch to be saved as part of the Customer Account kept for the person who used it. This means that the next use of Litevouch may only be up to the amount of the remaining funds called “Account balance”, within 180 days from the date of first use.
  5. The User is not entitled to receive any change in cash if the value of the purchased products or services is less than the current face value (balance) of Litevouch. The remainder of the funds on Litevouch remains for use by the User during the period of validity of this Litevouch.
  6. The Buyer or the User may use Litevouch repeatedly until the limit assigned to Litevouch is reached and / or until the expiry of the Litevouch validity period.
  7. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer or User confirms that he or she is not currently located in the USA, is not a resident of the USA and does not act on behalf of a business entity based in the USA or in another country where access to the Website or the use of the Operator's services would be illegal.

§4 [Complaints]

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of Litevouch may be submitted by the User directly to LV Trade by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or in writing to the address of the registered office of LV Trade provided at the top of these Terms and Conditions. The complaint should contain data enabling the identification of the User and answering the complaint (name and surname or name, address / e-mail address), indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of the request.
  2. Complaints about Litevouch with LV Trade Partners may also be submitted by the User at the point of sale where Litevouch was purchased.
  3. Complaints related to the purchase and use of Litevouch are considered by LV Trade within 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint by the User.
  4. The response to the complaint is provided in writing (letter) or by e-mail, depending on the method of submitting the complaint.

§5 [Withdrawal from the distance purchase agreement for Litevouch]

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Litevouch purchase contract.
  2. The Buyer residing in one of the European Union countries has the right to withdraw from the Litevouch purchase agreement made via the Website without giving any reason, pursuant to The Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 / EU (CRD), within 14 days from the date of purchase. For the purchase of Litevouch from LV Trade Partners who distribute Litevouch remotely, the deadlines for withdrawal from the contract provided by the respective LV Trade Partner shall apply.
  3. The return of Litevouch purchased directly from LV Trade and via the LV Trade Partner's external website should be made via e-mail sent to the following address: [email protected]. Upon receipt of the notification, a confirmation of receipt of the notification of withdrawal will be sent immediately on a durable medium (e.g., via e-mail).
  4. LV Trade will verify that the Litevouch that the Buyer wishes to return has not been used. After positive verification, within 30 days, it returns the amount equivalent to Litevouch using the same method that was used to make the transaction, i.e., by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Buyer or by refund to the payment card with which the payment was made.

§5 [Final Provisions]

  1. The Terms and Conditions are available continuously on litevouch.com
  2. The applicable law is the law of Seychelles.
  3. LV Trade may amend these Terms and Conditions for an important reason, which is:
    3.1. change of generally applicable provisions of law or their interpretation by authorized bodies, having a direct impact on the content of the Terms and Conditions and resulting in the need to adapt them to such a change in provisions or their interpretation;
    3.1. removing ambiguities or interpretation doubts regarding the content of the Terms and Conditions reported by Users;
    3.1. changing or expanding existing functionalities or adding new functionalities to Gift Cards;
    3.1. Users' safety, including in particular the need to prevent abuse.
  4. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions come into force within 14 days from the date they are made available on the website litevouch.com. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not affect the scope of rights acquired by customers.
  5. Any disputes related to the services provided by the Operator will be resolved by competent common courts.
